Most KIPP alumni attend selective public or private college preparatory high schools. To date, they have earned more than $3.2 million in high school scholarships and financial aid.
The KIPP to College alumni program was created to ensure that all KIPP alumni are able to overcome any obstacle they face and pursue successful futures. We will not let our students fall into the local statistical abyss in which less than 25% of their peers 'have plans' to go to college. The mission of KIPP to College is to empower each KIPP alumnus to continue to use the scholarly habits, knowledge, and qualities of character learned at KIPP, in their current school, and in life to further their communities.
