Vanessa Vedder

Vanessa Vedder currently works for the international law firm of McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP. Prior to her ten years at the law firm, she worked in retail and customer service. As a native of Washington D.C., she plays an active role in her community by standing as the Acting President of the RAMP Tenants’ Association. In her two years as President, she has directed the advocacy of quality conditions for tenants of the Anacostia community. Ms. Vedder is also the proud mother of two children: a 5th grader at KIPP DC: KEY Academy and a KEY Academy alumnus who currently attends Sidwell Friends School as an 11th grader.
