For the third year in a row, every eligible KIPP DC school (KEY, AIM, WILL, Promise, and KCP) received a Tier 1 rating on the D.C. Public Charter School Board’s Performance Management Framework (PMF).
KIPP DC KEY Academy achieved the highest rating of any D.C. public charter school, earning an impressive 91% on the PMF.
KIPP DC continues to be the largest charter school network to have all of its schools rated as Tier 1. Unlike the DC CAS score reports, which only measure absolute performance, the PMF takes into account multiple measures, specifically focusing on growth over time and high school and college readiness, to more holistically evaluate each school.
