Celebrating & Honoring Indigenous Peoples’ Day

Indigenous Peoples’ Day celebrates and honors Native American peoples, and Indigenous populations across the United States. Centering on themes of celebration and reflection, Indigenous Peoples’ Day uplifts the history, culture, and traditions of Native American peoples, while also reflecting on the tragedies and atrocities committed against Indigenous populations.

As we honor the culture, heritage, and resilience of our Native American communities, we wanted to highlight a few resources to strengthen your understanding of the day and the rich history of our Indigenous populations.
