Highly Competitive Salary & Benefits
KIPP DC offers highly competitive salary scales for staff members. KIPP DC’s teacher salaries start at $60,500, and we offer renewal add-ons of up to $5,000 each year a teacher returns. KIPP DC offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, various voluntary benefits, and employer paid benefits such as short term disability, long term disability, life insurance, and a membership to One Medical. KIPP DC also offers a 403(b) retirement account with employer contributions and match, vesting after three years.
