Each year, the KIPP Foundation presents the Harriett Ball Excellence in Teaching Awards at KIPP School Summit.
These prestigious awards go to outstanding KIPP teachers from across the country who ignite a passion for learning in their students and work hard each day to improve their craft. Recipients receive a $10,000 award and the honor of being “the best of the best” across all 183 KIPP schools. This year, a KIPP DC teacher received one of the twelve Harriett Ball Excellence in Teaching awards!
