Remote Support
Families, students, and staff will be provided free remote support. We will ensure 24 hour response time and 72 hour resolution window for students and families.

In-Person Support
KIPP DC is providing on-site technology support for families two days a week at each KIPP DC campus. Our technology team will be on-site to support student technology issues every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Families will still need to submit support tickets before coming to campus to receive in-person assistance.
